1 - Unlimited consultations and compliance check
Filling out the Gov UK license certification application forms a mandatory part of the certification process. Our immigration lawyer will create an account on government portal for you and will fill up all the application forms instead of you, so you don’t need to worry about it at all.
2 - Fill up of application form and license forms
To get an approval on your license, the UK government requires all companies to pay the mandatory license fee through government visa portal. To do this, your company must pay a license processing fee of £536 or or £1,476 (fees may vary, depending on the size of your company).
3 - Payment of certification submission fees
Upon payment confirmation and full documents check, our specialists will send your company’s supporting documents to UKVI. Later, we will confirm how many employees you plan to recruit through the sponsorship system for the current financial year to write down an action plan for you. After successful decision, your license will be valid for 4 years.
